Refund policy

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for melting in shipping/arrival or damage due to misuse of items. Please follow your included candle care instruction card(s) very carefully. During warm weather, please arrange to have your items brought promptly inside as wax will melt if left in hot weather.

In the event, your item is received a broken/damaged, please contact USPS with your tracking number and file a claim. 

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to this, there can be slight color and placement variations from the original photos. We do our best to keep everything as close as possible but the beauty of these candles and wax melts is that no two are exactly the same.
